Judge Sullivan was supposed to proceed “with dispatch” (in a quick and efficient way) in Gen Flynn’s case. Three months have passed since.

We always knew he was innocent, + the Justice Department agreed with us." @JosephJFlynn1 said when he spoke with @GenFlynn last night, he did not indicate a pardon was looming. Joe Flynn said he had "mixed feelings" given the delay after DOJ moved in May to dismiss charges.
