Nursing Home Residents or Non Lucid Chronic Disease People are In Danger when Isolated from Family
It is urgent to make a new bill that make governors accountable if they disallow access to at least one family member sponsor that would take care of the defenseless person in pandemic times. If a family member access is denied contractors or workers can do whatever they like with the patient money or medication, while conveniently attributing pandemic for the death or situation.
This is more critical, in a situation where almost no autopsies confirm that the patient died from Coronavirus (In many cases numbers are based on models or on doctors signatures that didn’t make a Covid-19 test). Until now there are no police investigations on allegations that nursing home workers or owners took advantage of the situation for profits or that some patients where negligently or purposely murdered.
Another side outcome that may shorten the life of the elderly might be related to the psychological effect on the body by harming the willingless continue being alive when the elderly can’t see the family or feels abandoned.
