Hunter Biden Audio Reveals Devon Archer Named the Bidens as Witnesses in a Criminal Case While Hunter was Involved in a $4B Deal with CCP Agents Including CEFC Operative who he Represented
In the audio clip Hunter states that “his partner Eric” is supposed to take calls forwarded by Joe Biden that relate to Rosemont Seneca or Bidens’ businesses. Hunter bemoans that his Chinese partner, Apparently Chairman Ye Jianming of CEFC China energy conglomerate , “the richest man in the world” is not answering his calls. The call was probably done after August 1st 2917, since the Joint Venture of Synohawk joint venture draft was sent on that date and it mentioned Chairman Ye of CEFC. The Criminal
At the same time Hunter complains that NYT is calling him about Patrick Ho that was detained as a spy in the U.S.A and was working on behalf of the CCP and BEFC. The Criminal case which Hunter Biden was mentioning probably refers to Patrick Ho where Joe was designated as a witness. Hunter admittedly was representing CEFC chairman Patcik Ho on behalf of Ye Jianming. Hunter was concerned that CEFC would be bailing on him after Ho was caught. They were about to make a $4 Billion deal on the construction of the largest Liquid Natural Gas port in the world. Ye Jianming made Hunter Biden aware that they were also closing energy holdings deals with Russia and Kazakhstan that presumably Hunter wanted to be part of. The BEFC is the capitalist international energy, transportation and mining arm of the Chinese Communist Party.

Patrick Ho referenced in Hunter audio as “spy chief of China” was a business partner with Hunter Biden and was a wingman of CEFC chairman Ye Jianming. Among his tasks Patrick Ho was closing deals with Third World governments which included direct cash payments and bribery. Ho introduced Biden to the $4B LNG port project which led Hunter to be his legal representative and advisor including dealings that realate to the CEFC chairman. Ho was indicted in the U.S. in 2019 for practicing international bribery schemes on behalf of the BEFC. In December of 2018, a federal jury in Manhattan convicted him of two schemes to bribe high-ranking government officials in Africa for oil rights in Chad and business deals in Uganda. Ho has since been deported to Hong Kong after serving time in prison.

Accordingly with the context of the call apparently it was taking place during 2018 while Devon Archer (Hunter’s best friend from Yale) was charged and indicted on white collar crimes. Devon Archer was partner with Hunter Biden in Rosemont Seneca, Burisma and other deals. The SDNY and the DC hub decided to go after Devon Archer and not after Hunter Biden because the Democrat party decides for SDNY and DC prosecutors (as well as the respective FBI branches) who are the “pick and choose” targets and what investigation to bury under paperwork. While making excuses and preparing witnesesses they decide who should be thrown under the bus, be the current fallguy and who to entrap and intimidate so the can taylo a case that wouldn’t hart the Democratic party. Accordingly to these guidelines the indictments, jury , testimony and the chain of evidence are tailored and a decision is made on who can get away with a plea deal or excuse (“What difference Does it Make”) as was done with Biden, HRC and Cheryl Mills. In the conversation Hunter bemoans that Eric Schwerin who was the chairman of Rosamond Seneca doesn’t live to his expectations even though Joe Biden was redirecting all investigative calls to him. Eric Schwerin participated in removing traces of Joe Biden influence on internal affairs in Burisma, Ukraine and elsewhere.

“Are either of you in touch with them to ask them to do so?” Schwerin prodded from his company email address. “Or is there someone you want me to call?”
Hunter’s business associate went on to note: “Demetra or someone from over there may call directly (but she asked if we could do it and she didn’t know who to call.) Let me know if there’s something I can do.”
According to an archived article by The Washington Post: “The consultant, who requested anonymity, said he urged Hunter Biden through a friend to have Burisma take down the photo, […] the Biden campaign doesn’t dispute that it may have been taken when Archer visited the White House in April 2014 with his son.”
“Biden described the discussions between Burisma and his company, Rosemont Seneca Partners, which he had founded five years before with Christopher Heinz and Archer, both friends from Yale,” the report explained.
