Herd Immunity as a Complementary Factor to Vaccines

Herd Immunity is not supposed to be replacing vaccines and therapeutics but on the other hand it should be researched as a complementary topic.
The pandemic of 1918 might have been more harsh without natural herd immunity. Some Pharmaceutical companies have the tendency of downplaying it for the sake of profits.
