(Politics of jealousy) Because now what it says is, I’m not getting a fair shake, and therefore I’m going to take what is yours, and redistribute in a way that is, quote, equal, because I can’t trust your system to do it. Does that sound familiar in the environment in which we live today? 

Does it sound familiar for people to say, I’m going to make sure that those people pay their fair share, as if the hard work that people have put in ought to simply be put into a kind of generalized pool where some government official gets to decide how it’s going to be redistributed.
