Bias of The FBI
Wolfe attorneys had a coercive leverage on Burr. Warner, Feinstein which gave a jail free card to Wolfe who leaked dossier privileged material from their committee. Wolfe lied to the FBI and made worse things that Flynn and Papadopoulos. But since they were aiding the president they were targeted and trapped by Comey friends and the Mueller team without the same scrutiny.
