Anomaly in Pennsylvania Count Shows a Ratio of 99.4% to 0.6%, for a 570,000 Mail in Ballots Count, which Never Occurred in U.S. Elections

That anomaly shows a ratio of 99.4% to 0.6% for a 600,000 votes against 3,200 only during 90 minutes count. Such a ratio never never occurred in U.S. history especially where there is no landslide nationwide . This may be the reason PA governor said he is going to win before numbers were going in. He knew what is going on.
