While doing so they create a brainwashing state of mind on other government workers of a political wishful thinking while plotting actions that will help Biden camp in settling disputes. Those participants agreed that the bureaucracy can and should help the political protests instigated by Democrat party, BLM or Antifa supporters.
By creating these think tanks, unions and groups they also enable a social mechanism that enables identifying, targeting and doxing who ever is not participating or is objecting their actions and state of mind. Some Government decision makers and IGs use and contract subverting people in order to act on their agenda while protecting themselves, their positions and their colleagues. Some of these contractors/workers confessed on leaking information to the press while working for sensitive units that handle DHS and Intelligence Community information.
