UNRWA has failed to comply with its own guidelines on hate education policy and hiring or aiding terrorists. To add insult to injury, “Relief” installations and vehicles were used to promote terrorist incitement, terrorist planning and terrorist activity. Analyzing the rhetoric of Muslim scholars on who they regard the “infidels”, the Jews are the most tarnished people because they are easy to detect, they have limited transit rights and have detectable dress code and rituals. On top of that Jews throughout history are the most difficult people to convert to Islam or Christianity which explains why Muslim scholars and the clergy treated Jews as “enemy number one” of their religion. Scholars push the belief that infidels can redeem themselves by converting to Islam or paying taxes to their Muslim masters. But if the infidels is a Jewish that doesn’t convert to Islam while practicing the Jewish religion even tax wouldn’t help. There is no freedom of religion under this kind of Islam. Before 1967 the west bank was part of Jordan and Gaza was part of Egypt. Those countries and the Palestinians didn’t allow the creation of a Palestinian state over there because they de-legitimized Israel by claiming that Tel Aviv was part of Arab Palestine and every piece of land between the river to the sea is Waqf territory. Academy and mainstream media try to depict whoever is exposing the Jihadist rhetoric as an Islamophobe or racist ignoring the deadly interpretation of Islam, which is the fuel that encourages terrorists to kill Jews even at the cost of killing themselves. Terror Tunnels’ Economy
The Egyptian claim that there are no weapons coming from Egypt due their “fantastic” ability to seal 1500 tunnels is ludicrous because beneath or parallel to every “sealed” tunnel there is another tunnel. There are atleast 28,000 houses within tunnel distance in the Egyptian side of the border. The smuggling business is a very profitable business and to say that there is no soldier or police that is not complicit or profiteering from the tunnel business is like saying there is no corrupt government official or politician. Tunnels are used to move merchandise, weapons, people with huge profits that no one can account for. It is pathetic to listen to Israeli generals saying they are astonished time and time again with each network of tunnel they discover. Tunnel use and tunnel excavation in Gaza are the most profitable businesses. Relief funds that pays labor and merchandise is converted to money or weapons even during the war and specially during the war. Those generals have no clue on how the symbiosis of economy of smuggling and the economy of terror work together.
If we take three to one ratio of tunnels and weapon stashing per building/house in viable ratio of a tunnel exit to three houses gives an estimate of 9000 tunnel entrances and about 130 miles of tunnels that Egyptians are ignoring or closing an eye in their Refah side.
There can’t be a 100% solution against tunnel warfare under civilian population because under each uncovered tunnel there might be another tunnel. A new tunnel can be excavated a short time under the house or rubble next door. In the Kurdish and Vietnamese war zones there are reports of 5 levels of tunnel diggings. The use of sea water is futile because it doesn’t solve the problem of undiscovered tunnels and iron or impermeable doors of siphon excavation which is a technique of slopping up a section and making a draining tunnel extension. Mitigation on warfare in the Gaza area may involve having a 50 meter deep dry canal along side a wet canal that can flood the other whenever a seismic activity is detected and further excavation is done in that area. In the battle of the Somme in WW1, the British used a huge amount of explosives underground which led to an earthquake that collapsed all German tunnels into themselves in a 10 KM radius.
Another mitigation option would be a 5 KM uninhabited belt which makes tunnel excavation easier to deal with with constant digging and bombing of that area making it a classic DMZ zone. As wide the belt is, the longer time it takes to build a tunnel across it. Tunnels have all the facilities and storage capacities the enable the stashing, and manufacturing weapons and as launching pads for terrorism for months.
Qatari and American money goes to fund excavation materiel and excavation labor via organizations like the “Hamas Water Excavation authority”. A percentage of the proceeds of the tunneling is going back to Hamas leaders via taxation and racketeering which part of it goes to Gaza and Qatar, elites. During this time Blinken takes care of covering up this operation pushing an agenda that humanitarian relief should continue on increase under the same financial and humanitarian agencies which congress have no clue who and where the money goes to.
In testimonies to congress Blinken was warned that the Tax payers relief money is helping Hamas terror actions and Hamas elites and bureaucrats profiteering. It is common knowledge and even outlined in state department papers that Hamas controls the relief and the money allocation through gun-sights and through Hamas institutions amd UNRWA institutions that they control. Blinken tried to absolve himself insinuating that there are means of checking and balancing the relief and that meanwhuile the most important thing is to send those relief funds to Gaza and Hamas instead of sending the relief and refugees to Egypt while the United states goes after Hamas leaders in Qatar and Israel hunt down Hamas without the constrains that Blinken is imposing. One possibility is that some of the state department actors or their friends are profiteering from each relief dollar that goes to Gaza and this which might explain why Blinken is pushing the envelope on the relief operation . That is a total deception, because U.S.A and Israel don’t have control of all the infrastructure, weapons and tunnels and those are the tools that are used to profiteer Hamas and their Cabal in Turkey and Qatar. Stopping Hamas from profiteering for American tax payer money and can’t be achieved as long as all tunnels are sealed and as long as UNRWA or other relief agencies are giving aid and comfort to terrorism.
Conclusion: The writing was on the wall all the way to 2023. The state department can’t hide Joe Biden’s Administration funding of UNRWA and its eventual culpability. Any push to a “Two State Solution” before a full eradication of fundamentalist brainwash and murderous incitement is just an appeasement to people who promote massacre of Jews and a blank check to terrorism.
