USB Drives were handled stored in places that had a broken chain of custody and were fed to machines in non transparent way by people that weren’t part of the process or assigned to that task in a proper and transparent way. At least 47 flash drives were stolen in Pennsylvania, but the Secretary of state people declared there is no election integrity risk.
“I personally observed USB cards being uploaded to voting machines by the voting machine warehouse supervisor on multiple occasions. This person is not being observed, he’s not a part of the process that I can see, and he is walking in with baggies of USBs”.
